The; Slocan Chief is logically located to best take advantage of the endless skiing terrain, and to provide an experience you will not forget.</font></p> <p><font size="2" face="Arial">KGMI manages the winter operation of Slocan Chief Cabin in Kokanee Glacier Park located at the heart of some of the finest backcountry ski terrain found in Western Canada. The historic Slocan Chief Cabin built in 1896 celebrated its 100<sup>th</sup> birthday in 1996. </font></p> <p align="left"><font size="2" face="Arial">Kokanee Glacier Provincial Park is located in the Selkirk Mountains just outside of scenic Nelson, British Columbia, Canada.
